Decent but boring. Not much else to say. Nice melody.

I have a new song for Thanksgiving. Maybe you could look at it?

Squeegee4554 responds:

Thanks for the feedback.

I'll have a look at it.

I agree with the squeegee

Finnsfolks responds:

I know, but if you guys want, I can try again. :)

Um... This has a lot of problems. I mean, a ton. For starters, it doesn't sound at all like the original. For another thing, there is no structure at ALL. It seems like you just randomly placed premade loops down everywhere, which, by the way, is not allowed.

Minecraftpawa responds:

I'm a new song maker, so I'm not the best. I didn't violate any copyrights or anything, it's just I'm not very good. Plus, this is my first remix.
Edit:
And I remixed by ear, or more specifically, remembering what it sounded like.

Nice! Very unique style.

Bentendo64 responds:

Thank you! :)

Good, but lacks depth. Plus it should be longer.

Pachira responds:

Thank you !, I will make it a longer version if enough people are interested. Rioght now, I am working on other music projects !

Meh. Just meh. You could have taken out the first 17 seconds and made it better. Plus this remix lacks almost any variation. It's way too repetitive. Also, you overused that same drum beat way too much!

meh/10

Squeegee4554 responds:

Ok. Thanks for the feedback.

You did very well in capturing the spirit of the artist who inspired you here, with such a funky and fun groove. The problem is that the entire second half of the song feels repetitive and lacks punch, which in turn makes it feel like it's gone on for too long. Change the genre to Electronic-Dance instead of Dubstep because one thing is certain- this is not dubstep. At all.
Still, though, the overall product isn't bad. Solid 8/10

DJ-Zyzyx responds:

Haha thanks dude :D I see your point with the second half. I was having some mixing problems and was forced to go with a not-so-good synth for the solo part. This song is categorized as glitch hop, so I figured thats closer to Dubstep than dance (it all falls under dance anyways) But thanks for the review man!! <3

Not bad, but I think that some notes before the drop sound a little bit... off. The chords at the drop are nice, but the dubstep itself feels lacking. I like everything after the drop. You fixed the key problems.

Finnsfolks responds:

Yeah, I'm not the best at Dubstep tbh. Heck, I'm bad at creating my own presets. It's almost always impossible for me to make a good drop with my lack of knowledge. I really wish I knew Music Synthesis or whatever it's called.

Meh. Kind of boring actually. Just because it's not dubstep shouldn't mean you have to restrain yourself to such a repetitive and quiet style. Look up rainforest by Paul Hardcastle. It's an old song (like, as old as my parents) but it's pretty good nonetheless. One of the early house songs.

Gizmo-0 responds:

Appreciate the feedback! I'll agree, it was hella boring cause I was hella lazy, next song won't be so rushed and effortless, I promise

The lead is a bit too echoey but everything else is fine...

Squeegee4554 responds:

Ok. Thanks for the comments.
