Your sound design has come a long way! While this is still a little rough around the edges, it's overall pretty nice! I think you're really getting the hang of this!

Drop sounds heavenly. Would love to hear this made into a full 3 minute track!

My goodness, this is hot! Keep up the great work

FeniXNova04 responds:

Thank you! I'll be making many more tracks very soon.

Yeah! This IS good! Albeit a bit repetitive... but still good!

Yeet, this really reminds me of Battletown and some of those other skyworld tracks from back in the day.

Hoss, this is kinda painful.

Hmm. This sounds like the instrumental on a Childish Gambino song. It feels very industrial but it doesn't sound like it was meant to stand alone. The part where it loops at the end is kinda awkward. But the production mastering and whatever are good.

etK responds:

Yeah there isn't supposed to be this awkward second at the end, I'll fix that :)
Thanks for your review! This project is based on another one, an nice instrumental beat. I figured I'd have fun with it. I'm glad you like the mixing!

This is right up my alley. I like dubstep, and I like the extra emotional power that rich strings and horns can add to a piece. Particular highlight here is 2:23. The drop is really good too. The only minor complaint I have is that the synth lead in some places is maybe too plucky, rather than punchy. One example where this is the case is 1:36. I wish the lead at that point was just a little less staccato. But maybe that's just me.

Aydin-Jewelz123 responds:

Thanks for the feedback dude. Hadn't though about the lead being plucky, will have a little look and see how it sounds otherwise. Listening back to it now, I get the one you mean. It gives it a chirpy sort of vibe right. In a way altering the tone of the piece. Yeah, hadn't really focused on that at all tbh. Will take it into consideration in future dude.

Trying to get a specific set of sounds to work with rather than use everything to try and get some consistency across tracks, and that one in particular is from the tournament from January so use it quite a bit. Might use it more sparingly in future!

Any tracks of your you want some feedback on dude, just hit me up. Currently putting together the March animal noises tournament track so I'm not too busy xD

Pretty nice. I like how it sorta a has a Latin swing to it.

Aydin-Jewelz123 responds:

Thanks for your kind words :)

This is definitely a cut above the average track out there on Newgrounds. Really solid stuff! From the beginning to 2:10 and then from 3:04 to the end, totally epic. Makes me get a sensation of flying, sorta, with a kinda video gamey vibe that makes it feel punchy and expressive. Good stuff
