[Zyzyx - Fire Breathing]

Considering how this is "vintage," it is spectacular! I really like the retro video game atmosphere, and it surprisingly still works even throughout the drop, which isn't a soft one either. I liked it a lot! Maybe the buildups could have been improved, but at the same time I do like how sudden it is. Good job!

NICE!!! I really like what you did with the melodies. You made the song better in a lot of ways. Only problem is how quiet the drops are, but meh. No biggie.

Not sure how to feel about all the new FX, or the increased speed. On the one hand, it does sound very classic arcade-like. On the other hand, it kind of loses the original song's bouncy melody amongst all the chips and blips. It's cool how you were able to take this remix in a whole new direction, though. Some people just stick way too close to the source material.

[Zyzyx - Jazz Battle]

At 20 seconds, I knew this was worth five stars. Fantastic instruments you've picked, and I love the balance. The melodies are really good and fun too. The drop is just the right tone for the rest of the song. It isn't too out of place, but it isn't boring either. I like that segment after the drop too. Wonderful change of pace. And the whole time, it's all got a very nice bouncy and happy feeling. Plus a very cool F777 style drop directly afterward too, and then I guess it just turns into megalovania at 2:37? Cool anyways.

9.7/10 overall. Sweg ending too.

Pretty good, but the silences last too long, and that really ruins it.

Hm. Decent. I didn't really like the sloppy structure of the first half and the ending, and the bass in the drop was WAAAY too quiet. The melody was probably the best part, starting at 1:08 and 2:10. Everything else was mediocre at best.
