This is interesting. Could you share a little bit more about how this was made? With the collaborators and stuff?

Three words: Audiotool Live Collab

Basically, the track is open for anyone to join, and anyone can edit it. Usually they just get replaced by something entirely different or made much worse, so how this one turned out was a pleasant surprise. However, Audiotool and its live collabing has sort of died, so you can rarely get more than 2 other people in a live collab at the same time.

This is really good! If I had just one nit to pick, I'd say that the creaking sound that was introduced at 0:55 repeated about two times too many (should have faded out by 1:04). Once the melody came back in full it just sounded weird and dissonant, in a piece which otherwise came together like... clockwork.
